The project, “SCRAMBLE: Scramblase Characterization and Regulation Across Membranes: Blueprint of the Lipid Environment”, receives almost 700,000 €. In the project, we study the selectivity of lipid scramblases using high-throughput simulations and together with collaborators Radek Šachl, Tomas Fessl, Petia Vlahovska, and Chin-Fen Teo.
