ETL researchers actively presented the center’s latest research at the Annual Social Psychology Days 2026, hosted by Tampere University.
The presentations showcased ETL’s ongoing research across multiple projects, addressing timely questions related to digital environments, social interaction, and wellbeing. Topics included cyber harassment, gambling communities, digital ostracism in the workplace, shopping addiction, escapist gambling and gaming, and the wellbeing effects of online dating application use.
These topics presented by our researchers generated active discussion among conference participants, underlining the societal relevance and timeliness of this research. The event also offered a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues and identify potential future directions.
