The Emerging Technology Lab is visiting ‘s Prof. Wykowska’s team from 7 to 11 March (IIT, Genova) from 5 to 6 May 2022. Nina Savela is representing our Lab as a visiting researcher, sharing our latest research on people’s perceptions of robotic technologies, and getting to know Prof. Wykowska’s team and their research on social cognition in human–robot interaction. International and multidisciplinary networking helps to further the knowledge on the field by spreading the latest research results and discussing the mutual topics with colleagues. Research visit proved to be an excellent way to accomplish these goals during the pandemic with limited number of face-to-face conferences.
