Over the past few years, artificial intelligence has rapidly become part of Finnish working life, but what does this transformation really mean for employees, organizations, and society?
At the final seminar of the AI Disruption at Work project, funded by the Finnish Work Environment Fund, we will present our key research findings and discuss the impacts of AI on working life from the perspectives of both research and workers’ practical experience. Over the past two years, the project has collected unique longitudinal survey data from Finnish employees. The seminar will cover what types of changes, tensions, and opportunities AI brings with it.
