Together with Philipp Haslinger, Robert organised the first Generation |Y> meeting in Ramsau, Austria. Around 30 quantum physicists from the so-called generation Y came together to exchange research and teaching ideas but also to discuss important topics such as equality, diversity, and rethinking academia.
