A meeting between the computational researchers in bio/health and data science in two faculties was organised for research team leaders on Nov 22nd, 2023. This meeting aimed at increasing research collaboration between the Faculty of Medicine and Health Technology and the Faculty of Information Technology. We discussed the current (computational) challenges in the health area, and if there are novel data science methods that could be applied to address these problems. The meeting had a technical focus and it included discussion on the computational methods and approaches.
