The Human-Centered Technology (IHTE) research group provide teaching and thesis supervision for higher education at Tampere University in Finland.

Human-Technology Interaction (HTI)

We primarily contribute to the field of Human-Technology Interaction (HTI) studies, encompassing Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), at Tampere University across the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral levels. In particular, IHTE is co-responsible for the Master’s HTI studies which are part of the Master’s Programme in Computing Sciences.

IHTE’s teaching takes place on the Hervanta campus and is organized in close collaboration with the  TAUCHI research groups in Hervanta and City campus.

 

 

We provide a multidisciplinary and multicultural atmosphere for learning. In addition to design and research skills, we focus on practicing important work life skills.
