The Mechanistic and Applied Toxicology (MAT) group is growing, and we’re looking for motivated people to join us. We work on animal-free, omics-driven approaches to chemical safety and the development of Adverse Outcome Pathways (AOPs), combining molecular biology, toxicology, and computational methods.
Current job openings: Postodoctoral researcher (Bioinformatics/AI-assisted evidence synthesis)
We always welcome enquiries from:
- Prospective PhD students and postdocs interested in AOPs, omics data integration, and computational approaches to next-generation chemical safety assessment
- Master’s and bachelor’s students looking for thesis projects in toxicology, systems biology, or bioinformatics
- Potential collaborators working at the interface of human and environmental health
