The position is in computational physics and focuses on understanding the effects of quantum mechanical nuclear motion on the properties of solids. Main responsibilities include:
-Development of our in-house Python software for ab initio computations.
-Application of these methods to study quantum nuclear effects in solids.
We welcome applicants with a background in physics, chemistry, or computer science, who are interested in scientific computing and method development. Prior software development experience is considered an advantage.
