NIICTE members Ana Tamayo and Irene Hermosa-Ramírez presented their research linked to the UNIVAC project (Sensory accessibility in Spanish universities) at the Languages & The Media conference, which took place in Budapest from 13 to 15 November. Ana Tamayo, along with her colleague Marta Iravedra, presented the paper ‘Elevating sign language translation and interpreting in the audiovisual media to higher education institutions’, and Irene Hermosa-Ramírez presented ‘Media accessibility services in university settings’.
