Welcome Alex and Andrada

Hello! We are Andrada and Alex, two Romanian students here for our summer practice. We are students at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, located (as you might think) in Cluj-Napoca, the perfect place in our country for being a student. By the start of October, we will be fourth year bachelor students. We study Applied Electronics back home. Maybe our field of studies is a little bit different, but we find it really interesting how glasses can be used in so many domains. We are glad that we can be a part of this group and learn something new. So far, we managed to see some places from this magical land called Finland. Tampere is really beautiful, full of activities for those who love nature (like us). Here is a picture of us at Pyynikki observation tower, a place with a great view and where we ate the best doughnuts (or munkki in Finish).
