On 16 March 2018 TaRC organizes a workshop on perspectives on northern people called Mediating the Arctic in Rovaniemi in joint with the Arctic Centre of the University of Lapland and the CEN project (The Changing Environment of the North: Cultural Representations and Uses of Water).
