Metamaterials designed for enhanced ENZ properties

Check out our new work on the design of metamaterials that exhibit enhanced epsilon-near-zero (ENZ) properties, where we show how a simple stratified medium, consisting of repeated layers of indium-tin-oxide (ITO, an ENZ medium) and a dielectric material can be suitably engineered to enhance the reflective, transmutative, and absorptive properties of the ENZ material.
