Project description
A preliminary inspection of the application of plane sound and its acoustic possibilities in the theatre environment. The project identifies the most interesting uses of plane sound sources in practice and any impact on content of different projects, such as improved uniformity of the actor’s sound, electronic sound systems and the dimensions of the space.
Implementation
Plane sound sources will be test used in different projects and project sections of the Centre for Practise as Research in Theatre. On the basis of user experiences, the use of plane sound sources in the theatre environment will be analysed together with the representatives of Panphonics Oy.
Schedule
The project will be launched in spring 2008.
