The Clinical Cardiology research group focuses mainly on clinical issues with the aim of improving patient management. The main collaborator of the group is Tampere Heart Hospital (www.sydansairaala.fi/en/) which is the sole tertiary health care provider of the region of Pirkanmaa (The Wellbeing Services County of Pirkanmaa).
Other close collaborators of this research group include department of clinical physiology of Tampere University Hospital and Fimlab Laboratories.
