The Grant Writing and Ideation Camp offers an opportunity to receive peer support and insights for early‑stage research ideas and to kickstart the writing process for your next grant application. The two‑day camp includes writing sessions, peer discussions, one-on-one sparring on a requested topic, and workshopping guided by Preaward.
The camp is designed for early-career researchers including late‑phase PhD students, post-docs, and early‑career tenures working on topics that combine digitalisation and sustainability and who plan to apply for funding this year. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon coffee) are covered by the organisers. Whether you’re already deep in writing or still refining your idea — we’ve got you covered.
Applying for the camp
We welcome participants who:
- have already published scientific article(s),
- are doing research related to DigiSus themes,
- are planning to apply for external funding in 2026.
A maximum of 15 participants will be selected to join the camp. Apply by filling in this form: https://forms.office.com/e/BzkEd2CaYw
The deadline for applications is Friday 6 March 2026, but DigiSus reserves the right to close the application form earlier if the maximum number of eligible participants is reached, so apply early!
