The webinars are part of the virtual course Global Policies and Local Challenges: Perspectives from the South, created within the framework of GINTL Africa and UniPID Virtual Studies.

The course is delivered by the Faculty of Education and Culture, Tampere University, in partnership with UniPID. Aligned with course’s motivation and framework, the webinars aim to offer diverse perspectives and research angles on the complex interplay between global and local governance in public policies and education development.

The webinars are hosted by EduKnow Research group and TRANSIT – Research Centre on Transnational and Transformation – organized and chaired by Dr Vera Gorodski Centeno, the course’s teacher.

Each session includes a 30-minute discussion at the end. Please note that while the panel presentations are recorded, the discussions are not.
