Harvesting the midnight sun!
The Hybrid Solar Cells (HSC) team was launched in November 2018, after over a decade of photovoltaic (PV) research carried out at the research site.
Our activities focus on the development of novel low-cost and solution-processable organic and inorganic semiconductors for highly efficient, eco-friendly, and stable next generation PVs, with a special focus on perovskite and organic solar cells. More details can be found here.
The HSC team
Our highly international team consists of 11 researchers with multidisciplinary expertise ranging from chemistry to photophysics and device engineering. Our work is strengthened by the close interaction with other teams at Chemistry and Advanced Materials (CAM) group and with key national and international collaborators. Our research is part of the activities of PREIN flagship.
