Tampereen yliopiston Demokratiatutkimusverkosto järjestää Studia Generalia -yleisöluentosarjan, jossa esitellään Tampereen yliopistossa tehtävää monipuolista demokratiatutkimusta. Luennot ovat avoimia ja maksuttomia kaikille kiinnostuneille. Jos luennon nimi on suomeksi, myös luento pidetään suomeksi ja jos se on englanniksi, luentokin pidetään englanniksi. Luennot pidetään keskiviikkoisin 9.3.-4.5.2022 (ei pääsiäisviikolla 13.4.2022) Tampereen yliopiston Linna-rakennuksen Väinö Linna -salissa (K104) klo 17-19. Luentoja voi seurata myös Zoomin kautta.
Warmly welcome to Studia Generalia lecture series organized by Tampere University Democracy researchers. The lectures are held on Wednesdays March 9 to May 4, 2022 and consist of various topics around the study of democracy. The lectures are open and free to everyone inside and outside academia. The lecture series is bilingual.
The lecture series consists 7+1 different lectures, in which Tampere University top researchers highlight topics of democracy from different perspectives. The final lecture (8th) in the lecture series on May 4, 2022 will discuss the findings presented in the lecture series and draw conclusions on democracy in Finland in the 2020s.
Some of the lectures will be in English. If the topic is in English, the lecture will be given in English. See the additional information, the schedule of the lectures, speakers and their topics below.
The lectures will be held on Wednesdays 9 March – 4 May 2022 (not during Easter week 13.4.2022) in the library Linna, Väinö Linna auditorium K104 at 5-7 pm. View the full program here!
