Ella Plaami and Sanna Iivonen started working in Tampere University’s TreAdd research group at 1.11.2022. They will be working in the project of Asiakassegmentointi ja päihteitä ongelmallisesti käyttävien palvelut – paraneeko vaikuttavuus? [Client segmentation -project]. They will participate in the collection of research material, analyzing and reporting.
Plaami and Iivonen have a background in public health sciences, which has given the capabilities and skills specially to use quantitative research methods, knowledge of the service system and the themes related to health inequality. In the TreAdd group’s research, they are particularly interested in the possibilities of effectiveness research and the development of the service system from the perspective of smooth service paths.
