The mission of CeliRes is to advance the state-of-art in the field of celiac disease by conducting cutting edge, innovative, translational, multidisciplinary research and to promote excellence in clinical care including diagnosis and treatment of the patients.
The research setting of CeliRes involves multidisclipinary collaboration between gastroenterologists, pediatricians, dermatologists, basic researchers and geneticist. The focus areas investigated in CeliRes are presented in the figure and range from epidemiology to clinical studies and drug trials and further to basic research.
