We had wonderfully critical conversations and insights: for example, the idea of “toxic excellence” is definitely something we will be discussing more and watching out for.
Our discussions and presentations touched upon some of the darker aspects of digitalization and in some comments we ended up facing quite grim outlooks on the possibility to push towards a more sustainable world. I think our leader Thomas Olsson summed up quite well the intent behind DigiSus research platform in his closing words: even when the way of the world might seem bleak, we need to stay hopeful.
