Nelli Piattoeva will spend the academic year 2017-18 as a visiting scholar at the Centre for Comparative and International Education, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (1.8.2017-30.6.2018).
Piattoeva’s research project in Berlin will be “Changing the governance of education through standardized testing data. The case of Russia in a comparative perspective”. It is based on and continues the Academy of Finland funded research project “Transnational Dynamics in Quality Assurance and Evaluation Politics of Basic Education in Brazil, China and Russia (BCR)”.
The visit to Berlin is funded through a mobility grant from the Finnish Cultural Foundation.
