Research on children, young people, families and child welfare
The Children, Families and Child Protection Research Group consists of social work researchers at Tampere University who share interest in studying children, young people, families, and child welfare. The research builds on the interlinked themes of child welfare as an institution, professional practice in the field of child protection, lived experience, and wellbeing and vulnerabilities in personal lives and family relations.
