Professor Nokelainen visited Professor Susanne Weber‘s research group at Ludwig-Maximilians University in November 2023.
The visit included discussions about the Finnish Research Council funded research project “THEwellbeing”, which focuses on higher education teacher well-being and pedagogical development. In addition, Nokelainen commented on Prof. Weber’s graduate student presentations and held a public lecture with a title of “The Role of Emotional States, Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction, and Physiological Arousal in the Mode (Online, Hybrid, Virtual) and Goal Fulfillment of Group Work Situations”. The lecture was based on the results from the “Hybrid work of experts: more in a group, face-to-face and remotely” (HYBRIDI) project (210388, funded by the Finnish Work Environment Fund for the time period of 2022–2023).
