RECO 2.0 project
Introduction
RECO 2.0 is a collaborative project to enhance the uptake of new technical solutions and business models to make cities sustainable and resilient. In work package 3, we aim to to define the concept of the smart carbon neutral block. What kind of technologies and services are needed for sustainable living in a new type of area?
WP3 progresses through literature review and both internal and external expert workshops. We examine the criterion of the carbon neutral block, the various technological and construction process solutions as well as new type of services related to living comfort and transportation and the integration of energy communities into the concept.
