PeeTU - Paediatric Clinical Trials Unit

The group operates at the Tampere University Hospital and offers centralised clinical trial services (phase I-II) to children and adolescents in Finland.

The group studies childhood obesity and related complications, and also focuses on celiac disease, intestinal disorders, and autoimmune diseases in children.

Adolescent Psychiatry

The research group on Adolescent Psychiatry is focused on aggression and violence in adolescent mental disorders; puberty, sexual behavior and gender identity in adolescence; and adolescent mental health epidemiology and health services research.
