The study investigates the effect of adipose tissue transplant enhanced with growth factor on the healing of radiation-induced fibrosis as well as on scar pain and quality of life.

The study investigates the prevalence, treatment and prognosis of melanomas, cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas and basal cell carcinomas. This is a ten-year follow-up study conducted in co-operation with the TAUH Dermatology Outpatient Clinic.

We study the effect of adipose tissue transplant combined with PRP on blood circulation, pain and radiation-induced fibrosis in cancer-treated breast as well as on the patient’s quality of life and body image. A prospective study.

TRUTH study: Benefits of negative pressure wound therapy after skin grafting and its effect on costs and quality of life

A prospective randomized controlled trial. We conduct a clinical and histological comparison of the differences between negative pressure wound therapy and conventional wound dressing in skin graft vascularization. A collaboration with Central Finland Central Hospital.
