Data Trust Index is a service that is currently in development. It describes and visualizes data trustworthiness with different attributes related to services. The pilot maps the user experience of the service. The pilot focuses on user needs and assumptions about Data Trust Index. The pilot also explores the clarity and necessity of the concept, and the possibilities to visualise and develop it further. The data is used to develop the concept with a user-centred approach.
The pilot project is conducted by distance interviewing people who could potentially be identified as users. The interviews will be held in English by Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The approximate duration of the interview is 45 minutes. The results will be reported in social media on a general level, but it will not be possible to identify individual answers or people from the report.
