'The Actor-Reality Construction - XVI conference' will be held conjointly with 'The 40th Anniversary Management Control Conference' on 18-19th June, 2026 at University of Birmingham, UK

In 2026, ‘The XVI Conference on Actor-Reality Construction’ is planned to be organised as a conference stream within ‘The 40th Anniversary Management Control Conference’.  The Actor-Reality Construction (ARC) stream, focusing mainly on the meta-theory of Pragmatic Constructivism, invites all scholars interested in exploring how people create functioning reality construction through their everyday narrations and actions. Accordingly, contributions are invited, that explore how (dys-)functional practices are constructed, with particular attention to their underlying methods and techniques.
