Light as a tool
The team is interested in bio- and nanomaterials such as extracellular vesicles, liposomes, polymer nanoparticles or cellulose nanofibers. Light is used to study biological processes, phase behavior in solids and solution and to activate drug release processes. We use new tools to track drug molecules and carriers and aim to develop bio-based tailored materials for pharmaceutical applications. For further information, see the Our resear page.
