Research focus and goals
We aim to implement the use of arts and culture as a part of health policies, the social determinants of health and in health promotion. Our goal is to strengthen evidence-based decision and policy-making, address the benefits nationally and internationally and link the work in Health in All Policies (HiAP) context. In 2019, WHO published a scoping review on ‘What is the evidence on the role of the arts in improving health and well-being?’(Fancourt & Finn, 2019). Our mission is to respond to this review’s recommendation and continue promoting the meaning of arts and culture in health sciences and to produce high class research.
