We understand social determinants broadly and consider commercial and political determinants as part of social determinants and drivers of social determinants of health. We aim to contribute on research, education, policy analysis and advice to address the social determinants of health and equity.
The centre draws together work on social determinants from multiple disciplines in Tampere University. Our work will form the ground for observatory for social determinants of health.
