On November 13, 2024, hundreds of participants joined our webinar on Monitoring Social Determinants of Health Equity, hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO) in partnership with Tampere University. The event highlighted critical frameworks and practical approaches to address health disparities, bringing together health practitioners, policymakers, and researchers from around the world.
Key objectives of the webinar included presenting the WHO Operational Framework for Monitoring Social Determinants of Health Equity, sharing insights from global experts on how to effectively monitor and act on social determinants, and engaging participants in a Q&A session focused on practical applications.
