At this seminar CROPS research group (Center for Research on Project and Service Business) at Tampere University will share research findings on the essential mechanisms and approaches required to build capabilities for data-enabled service business, manage different steps and challenges on the way, and organize service delivery. We address these topical areas in the development of data-enabled service business through practical examples from our research in different manufacturing firms and by engaging participants in a lively discussion.
