InTrans – Inclusive Transitions across the Early Years

Aim: InTrans is an European Union Erasmus+ KA3 project on inclusive transitions across the early years. Aim of this project is to scale up and disseminate good transitional practices by influencing the systemic conditions. Further the aim is to increase the wellbeing and learning opportunities of children and families by disseminating warm and inclusive transitional practices.

Partners: InTrans project is coordinated by Centre for Innovations in the Early Years (VBJK) and the project partners are Tampere University, Ghent University, University of Bologna, Educational Research Institute (ERI), The Danish Union of Early Childhood and Youth Educators (BUPL) and International Step by Step Association (ISSA).

Funding: This project is funded by European Commission Erasmus+ KA3 programme.
