MUUMI is an R package designed to unify statistical meta-analysis and network-based omics data integration within a single framework. It enables the identification of robust molecular signatures by combining multiple meta-analytical approaches into an ensemble method.
It also introduces a novel data-driven feature selection strategy to prioritize biologically meaningful signals. In addition, MUUMI provides a comprehensive toolbox for inferring, analyzing, and interpreting molecular interaction networks, making it easier to explore complex biological systems. By integrating both early- and late-stage data integration approaches, MUUMI addresses key challenges in multi-omics research, supporting both horizontal and vertical integration.
