BMDx2 is an open-source tool that integrates benchmark-dose modeling with AOP enrichment to convert omics data into quantitative, mechanistic evidence. Case studies on rigid multi-walled carbon nanotubes and bleomycin demonstrate its ability to reveal fibrosis-related mechanisms, supporting both mechanistic discovery and regulatory application in next-generation chemical safety assessment.
