The doctoral School of Engineering Sciences has four open positions. These positions are very competitive, and the four positions are shared between materials science, mechanical engineering, and automation engineering. Please find more information on the TUNI website for open positions. If you are interested and have skills and know-how in micro and macroscale mechanical testing, high speed material testing, relationship between microstructure and dynamic response of materials, adiabatic heating of metals, percussive drilling, experimental mechanics, high temperature deformation, deformation mechanisms, etc., please contact Dr. Hokka and/or Dr. Mohanty for further details. We do not make the decisions about who is recruited, but you will need our support to improve your chances in the competition.
