Good: https://t.co/TIuvklfCdo adds OpenSSL as another deployment option for crypto software providing the NaCl/SUPERCOP/TweetNaCl/libsodium/HACL*/libpqcrypto API. Bad: Same paper describes OpenSSL as the only way to be "deployed", "mainstream", "real-world", "practice-driven".
