Pluminar: Towards a structured workflow – Best practices of project management

Good project and time management facilitates work and lightens a researcher’s workload. Managing research projects and work hours is an essential part of academic work, but it also poses an everyday challenge. Many of us have found effective tools and practices that we would like to share with each other. Now is your chance: do you have a particularly useful practice or tool that you would like to share? Or do you struggle with CATS or other systems and want some tips and peer support?

The next Pluminar “Towards a structured workflow – Best practices of project management” will take place on Friday 14th March from 12:30 to 2 PM in Pinni B, rooms 1028–1029. During the event, we will discuss project and time management and share our best practices and tools. How to get the chaos of multiple concurrent research projects under control? What are the best practices for planning the year of academic work? The event will be hosted in hybrid mode and in both Finnish and English.
