The retreat created valuable space away from everyday schedules to focus on writing, reflect on ongoing work, and think ahead. It also provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues, discuss emerging plans, and explore possibilities for future collaboration.

Just as importantly, the informal moments offered time to connect, share experiences, and enjoy each other’s company. These conversations often created new perspectives and ideas that may shape future work.

The retreat was a refreshing combination of focused writing, collegial exchange, creativity, and good company. Our Co-Directors returned with new ideas, renewed energy, and exciting plans for the future.
