Prof. Juhana Frösen is the professor of neurosurgery in the faculty of medicine and health technology at the University of Tampere. Prof. Frösen runs the Tampere Hemorrhagic Brain Pathology Research Group, a translational research group that develops novel therapies and diagnostic tools for cerebral vascular diseases that may cause intracranial hemorrhage. In addition, prof. Frösen runs two other research projects that aim to improve the current treatment of these diseases and neurosurgical practice overall.
