Writing Urban Places Symposium

The Closing Symposium will take place on June 2nd, 2023.

It is a moment for the network members, academia, faculty, and community participants to celebrate and reflect upon the Action’s achievements during the past four years and to examine future challenges. Based on the efforts of the last four years, the symposium is organized in five sessions: Cities, Working groups, City writing workshops, Films and books.

Researchers from Insurgent Spatial Practices collective are presenting work related to the Repository of Methods as well as the different spinn-offs from Narrating Hiedanranta workshop, now crystallizing into the forms of a book, an article as well as a short video.
