The KCRED actively initiates and implements research projects and publishes the results of these projects as scientific articles and theses. We have several projects both ongoing and in preparation. The focus of the KCRED scientific research is defined as follows: the KCRED studies the phenomena of value creation in real estate development, the management of business networks in real estate development, and the effects of the institutional operating environment of the field on the development of the field and the diffusion of new innovations.
