New Academy of Finland project

Operations and Supply Chain Group secured new project funding from Academy of Finland. The project, entitled ‘Public Procurement Change: From a Price-centric Mindset to Value Creation for Society (INNOPROCU)’, examines the dynamic capabilities of suppliers and public buyers in applying outcome-based procurement approach and in the creation of value for the society. It analyzes the role of social capital in improving the practices in public-private supplier relationships. The project is a consortium with LUT University and it has international collaboration with University of Twente. The project will be conducted in 9/2020 – 8/2014.
