PCRC has collected a unique population-based clinical data, germ-line DNA and tumor tissues sample banks from the Pirkanmaa Hospital District with a catchment population of 460 000. It is the second biggest Hospital District in Finland. The clinical database contains information on diagnosis, stage, grade, treatment, follow-up, etc.
