Patient-derived breast cancer tissue explant culture model is published in Nature Communications

In this collaborative research between Helsinki University and Aalto University, we report how to design and construct extracellular matrix scaffolds that conserve luminal ERα + phenotype in patient-derived human breast tissue (PDEC-N) and breast cancer (PDEC-BC) explant cultures.
