The Tampere Institute for Advanced Study offers three types of researcher positions:
- Postdoctoral Research Fellow
- Senior Research Fellow
- Professorial Research Fellow*
On 5 February-4 March 2024, the Tampere IAS called for applications for nine (9) two-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowships and for six (6) three-year Senior Research Fellowships.
*Decisions about making Professorial Research Fellowships available will be made later.

Eligibility
Postdoctoral Research Fellow positions: To be eligible to apply for these Postdoctoral Research Fellowships you must have completed your doctoral degree no more than five (5) years ago. You must have received your doctoral certificate dated before the application closing date, 4 March 2024.
Senior Research Fellow positions: To be eligible to apply for these Senior Research Fellowships you must have completed your doctoral degree no less than three (3) years ago. You must have received your doctoral certificate dated before the application closing date, 4 March 2024.
