Our research group develops technologies for bioelectronic interfaces, implantable active implants, and wearable and flexible electronics. Developed in collaboration with experts in communications engineering, electronics and materials science, these technologies support future applications in neural implants and interfaces, and wearable biomedical devices.
Active implants
- Theoretical framework for molecular communication and signal transmission in a living cell -based brain implant (Khalil et al., 2025)
Neural interfaces
Advanced Materials for Biomedical and Wearable Electronics
Polymer-ceramic composite materials for miniaturized wireless devices (Babar et al., 2012; Babar et al., 2012)
